If a piece of cake accidentally slips and fall into my mouth, do I need to go right back to the beginning of your program?

I’d thought we’d start with an excellent FAQ.

This is a very good question and while accidents may happen on the Candida Crusher Program, people who are careful don’t usually have accidents. These accidents may occur when you go to a barbeque or a wedding or a friend’s place for a night out for a meal. But if you’re prudent and cautious and really desire to crush your yeast infection like I think you will, you will be more careful and less accident prone.

But what happens if you’re not careful and you’re very accident prone. Do you have to start the program all over again? Not really; just need to be more careful with your dietary choices and you should be fine.
