How To Do Proper Gallbladder Cleanse

I really appreciate all your feedback. The comments have been very, very good. I’ve had many people over time asking me to do some videos on detoxification and cleansing. Liver cleansing, kidney cleansing, things like that. I just did a video yesterday, which I uploaded on how to do a liver cleanse, so I hope you’ve seen that one because that is the precursor, or the video you need to watch right now. So click on the link right now if you haven’t seen it, watch that first, and then catch me back here. If you’ve seen it, awesome. We’re going to talk about a gallbladder flush. That’s going to be the topic.

I don’t want you doing a gallbladder flush until you’ve done a liver cleanse. It make sense? Makes sense to me. The liver produces stuff called bile-this green stuff. Looks a bit like dishwashing liquid. That’s what we’re going to talk about-dishwashing liquid. I like giving people examples in real life instead of these high falutin biochemical technical sort of talks. Most people who watch my videos are just like me-they’re plain common sense people, and that’s why I like to create common sense videos. Not some crazy wacky stuff where I wear white coats and talk about all these equations and junk that people aren’t interested in.

What’s dishwashing liquid got to do with the gallbladder? What a crazy thing that Bakker’s talking about now. Well, let me tell you. We’ve got this stuff in New Zealand called Palmolive. I don’t know if you’ve got that in the States or Canada or wherever you’re watching this from. It’s this green dishwashing liquid. I worked out a long time ago when I was a kid that if you’re washing dishes and you’ve got hot water and you’ve just had some greasy pork chops or a nice piece of fatty pizza or you’ve eaten something with a bit of fat on it. You put that in your sink, you fill it up with water, and then you try and wash the fat off with water. So what happens? Is it going to come off? Probably it’s going to roll off, isn’t it? The fat’s not really going to break down with the water, is it?

What happens when you put one drop of dishwashing liquid on a fatty plate? Poof. All the fat starts to dissolve. It breaks down. It emulsifies and creates a chemical reaction where the fat breaks down under the presence of this particular substance called dishwashing liquid. Now bile does the same stuff in your gut with fat. It helps to break fat down. It helps to emulsify-to clean and move out. Bile is quite a toxic substance, so the liver likes to get rid of junk, and it will do so through the bile.

Remember, we spoke in the previous video on liver detox about the two main pathways. Phase one, phase two. Phase one is a bunch of enzymes, phase two works by way of four or five chemical reactions we call glucuronidation. Toxins come into the liver. It’s a huge chemical factory that gets rid of the poisons out of the body, no matter what poison it is, birth control pill, paracetamol, last night’s dinner that contained some chemical junk, stuff you’ve been breathing in the air, all sorts of junk that your body makes, processes with normal metabolism. All this crap is in the blood, which gets cleaned by the liver.

These toxins come into the liver. They get made even more toxic through this enzymatic process, and then shunted into another pathway where they get rendered into substances that can get peed out or pooed out. Out through the urine, or out through the stool. Now you can understand why it’s not a good idea to be constipated. Not a good idea at all. You need to get rid of stuff all the time. You need to put your garbage can out once a week, or your place is going to get pretty smelly. Going to get maggots everywhere, and rats and mice and stuff. Your neighbors aren’t going to like it. Imagine if you didn’t go to the toilet for 12 months. You think your neighbors would like to live next to you? My goodness. You’d be so full of you-know-what it’d be terrible. You need to clean yourself out. Bowels have to work properly, bile has to be manufactured, help with the digestive process and assist in dumping toxins into the bowel, and they can be removed through the feces.

We all agree: You need good liver; you need good gallbladder. The gallbladder stores up to a pint. I think it is, 600 mils. I think that’s roughly what the liver makes per day. Quite a lot. By the way, the reason why your stools are brown is because of red blood cells. It’s like iron and rust. It’s actually the byproduct of the breakdown of red blood cells. That’s why the stool is brown. Red blood cells only last about 30 days in the body. They get used up and then moved out.

It’s very important to keep your gallbladder in very good condition. To me, it acts like a reservoir for keeping Palmolive dishwashing liquid in your body. Is it good to get the gallbladder taken out? I think it’s a dumb idea to get the gallbladder taken out. It’s often the first thing that a lot of doctors will recommend when you present to the clinic with acute abdominal pain. “We’ll schedule you into the hospital. We’ll just get that gallbladder taken out and that’ll fix up all of your problems.” What a load of crap. The amount of people I see who have had a gallbladder taken out who’ve still got exactly the same problem is phenomenal. Now you might be watching this now and saying, “Well Eric, that’s me. I had a tummy pain. I went to the doctor. And then he sent me to the surgeon and I got my gallbladder out and I’m still with the same blooming pain. What a waste of time that was.”

Before you get your gallbladder ripped out like an alternator in a car, thrown out, make sure that you do a gallbladder flush first. Is it safe? Hell, yes. This procedure I’m going to show you is very safe. I’ve personally helped over a thousand patients through this process, easily a thousand, probably more. I know doctors that have performed many, many more thousands of these procedures with their patients. It is very safe, providing you do the right thing. Nothing is safe if you do it in a dumb way. Even driving a car is not safe if you don’t wear seatbelts and you drink and do stupid things like that. If you follow the procedure carefully, it’s perfectly safe.

What should you do? As I mentioned, do the bowel flush first, liver cleanse, then we’re going to move into the gallbladder flush. This is what I want you to do. Let’s assume that you’ve done the liver cleanse. You’ve taken some herbs, you’ve gone on a clean diet, you’ve cut out all alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, all the high fat foods, processed fats, hydrogenated fats, fizzy drinks, all the crap from your diet that you know you shouldn’t be having.

Good time to do the gallbladder flush in my opinion is spring/summer time. Why? Abundance of fresh produce. Especially important for the liver to have a lot of fresh clean things into your diet for a week or two. Lots of sour foods. Lots of fresh foods. Watch the previous video. I’m not going to go over that stuff again. I want you to get hold of some good quality apple juice and drink plenty of that three/four/five days leading into your gallbladder flush. I prefer people to buy bags of apples, juice it, and drink one to two glasses every day, rather than buying junk in those plastic bottles in the shop that’s basically reconstituted, full of sugars and junk.

I find my favorite apple for the gallbladder flush are the granny smiths. Granny Smiths tend to be more tart, they’re higher in malic acid, and this tends to be a lot more conducive towards cleaning out the gallbladder than using red sweet apples full of sugar and sucrose and stuff like that. Try to go more for the green apples. Golden Delicious are good or Granny Smiths. If you can’t, any apple will do, but I prefer the green apple. Juice your own apples. Trust me folks, it’s definitely the way to go. You’ve got apple juice, you’ve been drinking that for two or three days. You need to cut out all meats for three/four/five days leading into this flush. Eat light. Maybe have soups, broths, chicken soups, fermented and cultured foods, fresh foods. Basically you’re stepping your diet down and having it lighter and lighter. The reason will become more obvious later why. I’ll tell you why.

Now what we’re going to do is going to get you to get some lemons or grapefruits, but preferably lemons and some olive oil. You may have seen a lot of these videos already on YouTube, but this is how I think it’s done properly. The quantity of lemon juice and oil is debatable. Some people say you need a cup, some people say you need two cups. I saw one video and the guy said to use a gallon! Using liters of the stuff. God’s sakes, we’re not elephants, we’re humans. You don’t need a lot of this stuff, alright?

I’m going to recommend a quantity of around 300 mils, which is about half a pint or not even that. It’s probably just over a cup. A cup is about 250 mils, so about 300 mils. So, get yourself some nice lemons. I’ve got lots of lemon trees, I love lemons, but you can just buy them or grow them or get them from your aunty or whatever you want. Juice them, no pips, strain them, and you’ve got a good 300 mils of lemon juice in a jug. You’re going to do the same with the olive oil. You’re going to have roughly 300 mils, but you can use less olive oil. Usually around 200 mils is okay, so just under a cup.

I tend to combine them-put them in a cocktail shake or something, or just put it in the blender and stir it right through.

You’ve prepared that, right? You’ve got that done? Did you write it down? Alright, you know what to do. Now, what you’re going to do, is around about 6 or 7 o’ clock in the evening, you’re going to drink that stuff. Now, I found a good tip is to put a straw in the container and drink it through a straw because that way you don’t get it all in your mouth. You don’t get that fatty stuff. I don’t mind, I drink olive oil every day anyway. I usually have a sip when I’m doing the cooking. I have a sip of olive oil and I use a lot of lemon juice in my diet. I can drink olive oil no problem.

If you’re not Greek or Italian, you’re probably not used to a lot of oil in your diet, so you might want to build up. Drink this mixture over a period of maybe 15-20 minutes. Then you’re going to retire. I’ve got the protocol written up here and I’ll make sure I’m going to read it out properly. After the mixture’s finished, you’re going to retire, then you’re going to go to bed. I like people to get to bed early when they’re doing a gallbladder flush. You’re not going to go and watch Game of Thrones or stuff like this or Lord of the Rings until 3 a.m. then go to bed after you’ve had a packet of chips/crisps after you’ve done the flush. You need to do this properly guys, or it won’t work for you.

Go to bed around 8 or 9 o’ clock-no later than that. Lie on your right side for as long as you can with a pillow elevating the right hip. Why would you do that? That’s so you can get the mixture in the right position. It’s going to move down there around the sphincter where the gallbladder attaches to the small bowel. That mixture will pass through the stomach into the small intestine, around the sphincter there (the little bum hole muscle that connects the tube from the gallbladder up to the small bowel).

The gallbladder is going to see this stuff and say, “What the hell’s this stuff?” You might feel a pulsing sensation in your gut. You could feel some warmth or some sensations in your gut. Some people hear these funny tummy sounds. That’s expulsion of junk, basically, into that area. It’s going to move out. It’s going to try to emulsify this. It’s going to think, “Whoa, I’ve got a huge big sink full of thousands of plates. I’ve got to really clean out! I’ve got to put as much dishwashing liquid into the sink as I can.” It’s going to move bile and all the junk out of the gallbladder into the small bowel. It’s going to squeeze it all out.

I only had a patient in yesterday. I didn’t ask her for her jar, which was stupid of me. She pulled out a jar, and it was about a third full with gallstones. You can go to EricBakker.com and have a look at my article on gallbladder symptoms and gallbladder treatment. You can actually see some photos there of patients gallstones, which I’ve posted up on there. This is a very successful technique. What I expect is for you to make a beeline to the bathroom early in the morning-could be 4 or 5 o’clock. Could be early, could be later. You’re going to have a huge big evacuation. A lot of stuff’s going to come out.

Let’s just say now that you’ve done this procedure, you’re lying down, you’ve got the pillow under the right hip, you’re sitting there relaxing, you’re feeling some sensations. It’s all going to go well for you, I guarantee you. This procedure has been performed many times by many people, and many doctors have assisted thousands of patients worldwide to do this. Lots of medical doctors may tell you, “It’s dangerous! Don’t do it! You’ll die! You’ll get gallstones jammed with excruciating, horrible pain. It’s not the way to do it. I would not recommend this procedure at all. It’s extremely dangerous.” I’ve had some doctors say this.

I went to a very interesting presentation in Australia a couple of years ago, and I heard a guy talking; a medical professor who said he’s performed the procedure or helped patients, over 10,000 patients perform this procedure without one glitch. If any doctor tells you that it’s dangerous and it shouldn’t be done, you need to get up off the chair and turn around and walk away, because it’s crap. If you do it properly and carefully, it’s not a problem.

There are some rare cases where you may not want to do it if you’ve got extreme medical conditions. For example: very frail, 103 years old and you’re going in for hip replacement or something, then it’s probably not a good idea. If you’re pregnant, you’ve got twins, probably not a good idea if you’re pregnant to do it. Know what I mean? If you’ve got type-1 diabetes and you’re relying on very high amounts of insulin, then it’s probably not a good idea. There are certain conditions where you wouldn’t do it, but hello? It’s common sense again.

Average people in reasonably good health can easily do this procedure. Don’t be afraid. The fear factor is huge in medicine. It’s absolutely huge. You don’t need to be afraid. Many people do it. Once you’ve done this procedure, you’ll get up in the morning, you’ll have a huge evacuation. Some people wish to use a colander or a strainer to strain the stool. They’re actually stunned to see what comes out. The first time you do it, you may get handfuls of stuff coming out. I’ve seen people pass out, sometimes, over 1,000 stones in the first evacuation. Incredible but true.

It’s up to you how you do it. It’s up to you how much lemon juice you take, how much olive oil you take, how far you want to take this thing. You don’t need large amounts of stuff. If you’re a little bit scared or anxious about things like that, you may want to start with maybe a tablespoon of lemon juice and olive oil. Trust me, it does work highly effectively. The quantities I’m showing you are perfectly normal for average people of average build.

So, you’ve expelled gallstones. What are you going to do next? What you’re going to do is you’re going to stay on a reasonably clean diet for about a week leading out, then going back to your normal diet. Then you’re going to wait about a month and you’re going to repeat the procedure. If you pass out gallstones again, I’m going to recommend you repeat it again and again until you pass out no more gallstones.

Believe it or not, some of my patients have done this procedure 10 or 12 times and each time they passed out stones. Others have done it three or four times and they only had a dump on the first or second occasion. On the third, they didn’t pass out any more stones. It’s up to you to find out what comes out, and to reevaluate your health, and think, “Should I repeat the procedure or not?” That’s your call. It’s highly effective.

One patient annoyed the hell out of me years ago. This quite large lady who came to me who was scheduled a week from the date she saw me to have a cholecystectomy, her gallbladder taken out. I said, “Don’t do it! Be careful. Rethink what you’re doing.” She said, “Well, I wasn’t going to anyway. I came to you because I don’t want knives put in my body or surgeons and stuff. I want to see how we go.” I went through the procedure with her, she went home. She did it, and I got a call back after about 14 days, and she was delighted. She was delighted she could go back to eating lots of fatty fish and chips again at least two times a week without nausea.

That’s not the whole idea. The whole idea is when you’ve cleaned out the gallbladder is to stay on a reasonably healthy diet. I don’t mind if you have fish and chips or fatty stuff here and there, but please don’t do it three times a week or eat chocolate daily because you’re going to gum that gallbladder up again. The gallbladder is vital to health. It’s very important that you keep the gallbladder in good condition. It’s a very important part of the liver function. It does form a vital role. Just like the tonsils, it’s not a good idea just to chop it out and throw it away because it’s some useless body part that we could all do without.

So that’s the gallbladder flush. Give it a go, and give me some comments when you’ve done this. Best 5 Candida Fighting Foods to Eat

I’ve been asked by many people so many times: “Can you do a video on your favorite Candida fighting foods?” That’s what we’re going to do now. We’re going to talk about what I consider the top five categories of foods that help to fight Candida. These foods aren’t just good for Candida yeast infections, they’re good for various kinds of yeasts in general. There are many kinds of yeasts that can affect a person. They’re also good for bacteria problems, parasite problems, many types of digestive issues in general. I’d like these particular foods, spices and herbs I’m going to talk about to become part of your daily diet. Try like I do and eat these foods regularly. Once they become part of your diet, and you continually eat them on a regular basis, you’re going to maintain quite good health.

A lot of these foods go back in history thousands of years. They’ve been used a long time by many different cultures. A lot of these foods we’re going to talk about are still consumed today. The unfortunate thing is a lot of people don’t make the time to eat good food, and they overcomplicate their diet. Everything is so complicated today. The body is very simple. When you put high quality natural foods into the body, it’s going to maintain a really high state of health, especially if you’ve got your lifestyle sorted.

Category one. What’s one of the top foods? Coconut is one of my favorite foods, and coconut oil. It’s so stable. You can take it up to high temperature. You don’t really wreck it by heating it up. You can get many different types of coconut products. Coconut cream, coconut milk, coconut oil. Coconut has got a very powerful anti-fungal ability, and it’s one of your top foods in my opinion for fighting yeast infection. Coconut water makes a very nice Kefir. It’s mineral rich, trace element rich, and it’s an awesome food because it’s got such a good prebiotic base in it, so when you inoculate it with Kefir, you’re going to grow lots and lots of beneficial lactobacillus bacteria in this medium. It’s got a lot of amino acids, a lot of proteins, a lot of fats. It’s a complete food. It’s an incredible food. The oil contains the highest component of the caprylic acid and capric acid, particularly caprylic acid. It contains many hundred times more concentrations of these acids than the milk does. There you go.

My favorite coconut milk in a can is called Fia Fia and it comes from Samoa. I think the Samoa in the Pacific have some of the best coconut trees. You can get different types of coconut milks and creams, but this particular brand we get in New Zealand called Fia Fia I just love it. I just think it’s divine with chicken. You can make up beautiful curry dishes with it, and it’s nice just to put in a blender and have some berries with it. It’s a wonderful drink. You can make ice cream out of it. Remember, as I said before, if it tastes good, and you like it, you’re going to take it regularly, which means it’s going to have a beneficial effect. Coconut should be right up there on your list of number five.

Number two: garlic. I’m a garlic freak, and I have been for many years. Garlic is wonderful. When you get garlic, please make sure if you buy it at your local store that it contains roots on it or root mass. Make sure it hasn’t been imported from China. It may be irradiated. The Chinese garlic is not as good as garlic that’s grown in your area. If you’re in the States, there’s some really good garlic growers there. Same in England. Many countries in Europe. I grow my own garlic. Next month I’m going to put about 150 to 200 cloves in. That’s going to give me a lot of nice bunches of garlic.

When you eat garlic, a lot of people say you should only eat raw garlic. Garlic contains Allicin and Allinin. Particularly, the Allicin is the anti-fungal component. There are quite a few university studies and research papers you can find showing you how potent this product actually is, the Allicin, when it comes to destroying yeast. I’ve put a standardized Allicin extract in Canxida Remove for that very reason. Many people say, “But I can’t tolerate garlic! It makes me sick when I eat it! I’m very sensitive to garlic.” Many people take Canxida Remove without feeling sick at all, even people sensitive to garlic. It’s only got a small amount of the extract in there. If you have a tablet with food, it shouldn’t be a problem.

However, eating one or two gloves of raw garlic for the uninitiated can be a real big problem. Never have garlic on an empty stomach, especially first thing in the morning. It can make you want to puke. This is how I deal with raw garlic. I will have a curry made up, a corn or vegetable curry, and as I’m about to serve it, I’ve got one small clove of garlic which I cut very finely. I’ll chop it up and then I’ll sprinkle it on top of the food and I’ll mix it in. I’m still getting the raw garlic, it hasn’t been cooked, but it’s been added to the curry. That’s how I prefer to eat it.

Another way I would eat raw garlic is to cut it, and some experts believe by cutting it and leaving it for a few minutes, you get a higher conversion of Allinin to Alllicin – more of the active ingredient. It becomes more pronounced. I have definitely found out garlic becomes stronger when you’ve cut it and left it for a while, rather than just cutting it. Of course the other way as I mentioned how I like to have garlic is by cutting it fine, and then mixing it with olive oil and lemon juice.

I sometimes pre-make large bottles of olive oil, lemon juice, and lime juice, salt and pepper, and garlic and shake it up and put it in the refrigerator. That’s my salad dressings. I make up many different kinds of salad dressings, which I’ll have all summer long.

Often I’ll make up a fresh one if I’ve got friends or visitors over to have lunch with me. Make up a fresh salad, go and get a lime/lemon out of the yard, the Maya lemons I quite like. Cut them in half, juice them, small clove of garlic, mince it fine, put it with the lemon and a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Put a little bit of Celtic salt on there and grind a little bit of pepper, mix it up, nice way to have garlic. Throw that on your salad. Also goes well on steamed broccoli or vegetables. It’s very tasty on beans. Many ways you can have that little blend I was just talking to you about. There’s many ways you can have raw garlic in your diet. Garlic is excellent for Candida infections. If you’ve got issues with blood pressure or circulatory problems, like if you’re worried about deep vein thrombosis, just get a small clove of garlic, gently peel it, just squish it and peel it, and put a couple of scores with your knife in it and swallow it with some food like you would a capsule. Very powerful way to improve your circulation and to stop cholesterol buildup and reduce your chances of stroke and heart attack. Garlic should be on your list. Coconut one, garlic two.

Garlic and Ginger I would say. Add Ginger with your garlic. Ginger is excellent. It belongs to the same family as turmeric. Turmeric is a kind of a yellow ginger. Ginger I put in nearly all of my stir fry or vegetable dishes. I’ll chop a bit of ginger up fresh and I’ll add that with a bit of garlic. l generally combine those together. It’s a bit like always having ice cream with chocolate sauce on top. Not that I eat ice cream a lot. If you’re going to have something like that, one goes with the other. You have chips, you put salt on it. You have a burger, you have fries with it. Sometimes, things go together. I find ginger and garlic as a really nice combination.

Number three: Brassicas. Would you believe it? Broccoli. Cauliflower. Rutabagas. All those sorts of things. Arugula. Chinese vegetables. Bok Choy. Wombok. All those kinds of vegetables. They’re bitter, they’re sour, they’re very high in fiber. There is also a lot of prebiotic substance in them which really help the beneficial bacteria.

Interesting tip I’ll give you with brassicas; the longer you cook them, the stronger they smell. So with broccoli, if I cut it out of the yard – I grow a lot of broccoli in the garden – I never wash my vegetables because I grow most of my own, but if you buy store-bought stuff you probably want to soak it and get any potential sprays or bugs off of it. If you’re going to steam it, I find broccoli best steamed by wetting it really well and shaking off as much water as you can and then cutting it. I’ve got a huge big stainless steel pot. The water has to be boiling really well. I’ve got between my steamer and my pot, I’ve probably got about that much space between the water and the base of my steamer, so the steam gets in there. You can also use those little Chinese bamboo baskets; they work quite well.

Get your water boiling as much as you can, put your broccoli on there and cover it really firmly, and don’t open it, just leave it. You let it steam for three minutes. I find three minutes about the right time. Maybe four sometimes. Then take it off. There are two trains of thought here. You can either dunk it immediately in freezing cold water with ice cubes – that will retain the green color of the broccoli. I don’t, I will just steam it, straight on the plate and I eat it right away. The longer you steam it for, the more it’s going to palm and smell.

Brussels sprouts are the same. Brussel sprouts can actually be cut real fine. You can even make sauerkraut from Brussel sprouts. Beautiful sauerkraut. You can cut Brussel sprouts quite fine and stir-fry them, then you won’t get that awful farty kind of smell. When someone cooks Brassicas in the kitchen, then someone walks in, “Who farted? Did the dog fart? No, I’m cooking Brussel sprouts. That’s why I don’t like them, because they smell like farts.” Brussel sprouts are phenomenal. They’ve got a very high content of indole-3-carbinol, or I3C. Indole-3-carbinol is very good for estrogen metabolism, and also for glucoronidation for liver cleansing in general.

Brassicas are implicated very much so in liver detoxification. They’re fantastic. They’re good for the bowel, they’re good for liver detox. I recommend that you eat Brassicas regularly. “Brassicas are bad for the thyroid! If I eat them, my thyroid will clap out and I’ll end up six-foot-wide and 400 pounds and I’ll go hypothyroid.” That’s not true. It’s fallacy that Brassicas create a thyroid problem. Raw kale creates the thyroid problem, not Brassicas in general. Don’t eat raw kale.

Always steam kale or cook it. In Holland, where I grew up when I was young, kale was never consumed raw. It was always boiled or steamed and added to food. Raw kale is a new phenomena by a lot of these crazy foodie kind of people who think that raw kale is great in smoothies. There is certainly an indication people who drink raw kale all the time end up with thyroid dysfunction, so don’t do it.

We’re moving on to the herbs and spices. There’s quite a wide range of stuff here, but let’s just have a look at the herbs in general. Thyme, Oregano, Marjoram, Rosemary, all the Mediterranean herbs are wonderful as anti-fungal/anti-microbial additions to your diet. Particularly Oregano and Thyme. They contain different phenols, different chemicals. If we have a look at Oregano, it particularly contains thymol and carvacrol. These are very strong compounds that help to negate a yeast infection. Grow Oregano yourself. I grow lots of it in the garden. It belongs to the mint family, so it’s very invasive. Be careful where you grow it. Don’t just put it amongst all your flowers and plants, because it will take over like mint and you’ll end up being quite annoyed. Throw it in an old bathtub. Just get a couple of pieces of wood, make a raised garden bed and just grow them in that. You’ll be able to control them a lot better.

Rosemary is very invasive. I planted one this summer which is fantastic. It’s a very hot, spicy, peppery Oregano. It’s beautiful on pizzas. It’s beautiful in pasta dishes. It’s nice on salads. It’s a bit peppery in the mouth. Oregano vulgare is a wonderful herb to grow. My bees love it. You get all these lovely flowers all over it, and the bees just go crazy on it in the summer time. It’s a wonderful herb. Get a piece of meat, get a huge big handful of Oregano, and I just cut it off with the knife and I’ll crunch it up in my hands, and you can really smell the pungent Oregano smell. Then I’ll just jam that in a jar, and fill it with olive oil, and leave that with some garlic pounded in there for a couple of weeks in the kitchen where it’s warm. That oil I rub into meat with salt. It’s a beautiful tasting marinade to do. Put a splash of wine or some alcohol with it – it’ll draw right into the meat and give the meat a very tasty Mediterranean sort of flavor. Add Rosemary to it, even better. Nice in salad dressings. You can steam Oregano up and add it to foods as well. A lot of people don’t know that.

Marjoram is a little more of a delicate kind of herb. It belongs to the same family. I use Marjoram a lot along with Tarragon in egg dishes. Quiches dishes, and spinach and egg is beautiful with Marjoram, for example. Oregano, I find marries up more with meat. Chili and clove. Clove contains this stuff called Eugenol. Eugenol is very potent. I often recommended a jock itch tea. You can make it from clove. Clove tea is quite nice. Just get about a half a dozen little clove pods, throw them in a cup, boiling water, and drink the clove tea. Eugenol is very anti-fungal. It’s also ranked as the world’s highest anti-oxidant containing spice. We add a lot of cloves to our cooking. If I’m going to make up a nice pulao kind of Indian rice dish with Basmati rice, I’ll add about five or six cloves in there. I’ll put a few mustard seeds in there, and maybe a bit of cinnamon stick in there and stir in a seed. Toss it all up in the dry rice, add water, and then put some vegetables in there like diced carrots or peas or whatever you want to throw in. Then just steam that dish. Beautiful. You will really like that dish. It tastes fantastic. There’s many ways you can add clove to your cooking. Stewing fruit, put clove in there. Cinnamon and clove go well together. Nutmeg as well. I forgot to mention with the Brassicas. I’ll often get nutmeg and grate that fresh and put that on top of Brassicas. It tastes very nice.

The Cayenne pepper is one of the best of all spices to use for yeast infection. It contains a chemical called Cay-1. It’s got a novel way of breaking down the fungal wall. If you like it hot, some people like it hot, real hot. I like it medium-hot, not too hot. I’m not a really hot person. I sort of like things medium. But with curries, I don’t mind a bit of Cayenne pepper in there. If you like heat, by all means, put some Cayenne in there. Just watch out, because if it’s hot here, it can be hot on the other end as well, if you know what I mean.

Of course, that’s four spices and herbs. What about number five? The cultured and fermented foods. My favorite I mentioned in a previous video is sauerkraut. I love sauerkraut. I make my own sauerkraut up. I’ve got different crocks I use. I just pick up a cheap one at the secondhand shop. Make sure that it’s lead and cadmium free if you’re going to get one. Usually you can tell by the glaze. You’re better off buying a crock yourself from Amazon or whatever. The good crocks are usually German or Czechoslovakian or Polish. They’ve got the rim at the top where you put water in and the lid fits on there. Get a couple of weights that sit on the kraut to keep it down and keep the juices above it. Look up YouTube videos. Plenty of videos on how to make sauerkraut. When my kitchen’s renovated, I’m going to show you guys how I make sauerkraut up myself. The same way my grandma used to make it up. I just love the taste of it.

As I said, if you love the taste of something, you’re going to eat it regularly. If YouTube or Google tells you to like it, and you don’t like it, you’re going to dump it – it’s a waste of time. Coconut Kefir – fantastic. Dairy Kefir – if made well, fantastic. Proper homemade yogurt – very good. Be careful with cultures and ferments that you do it properly. You do it yourself, and make sure that you really know what you’re doing. Look at a lot of YouTube videos and get some good ideas on how to do it. There is some fantastic footage online now to really help you and guide you and also some good books. Taste other peoples’ sauerkrauts and yogurts and Kefirs to see what there is out there, because you may not be doing it right. Remember, if you don’t get this right with the culture ferment, you’re going to end up with gut problems and aggravation. Try and add some cultured or fermented food regularly into your diet. Coconut, garlic, Brassicas, herbs and spices, fermented and cultured foods. They’re my top five.

How To Treat Dientamoeba Fragilis

We’re going to talk about the best natural treatment for parasites like Dientamoeba Fragilis, but also for Blastocystis hominis, giardia lamblia, Cryptosporidium, and various other bugs like that.

When you look at this video, no doubt you will have looked at many other videos I trust on the internet on parasites. You may have looked at some medical ones, you may have looked at some natural ones, and you may be here thinking, “Well, maybe this guy is going to tell me something I need to know. Maybe he’s going to tell me something that’s crap or some good information, but all I want to know is the best natural treatment for this bug?”

Well, I could tell you one very important thing-taking pills is no guarantee you’re going to get rid of anything. If you’re going to look at this video and think just by taking a bunch of dietary supplements you’re going to get rid of this bug. You haven’t really got a hope in hell because you need to make changes on quite a few levels. If you want to get rid of this thing permanently; I don’t like using the “cure” word, but if you want to eradicate a parasite from the body, you need to understand that just taking a drug like doxycycline, iodoquinol, secnidazole, even just taking garlic with a high allicin extract, or oregano oil with a high carvacrol content, anything like that at all. You think you can just take something and sort it, you’re in fantasy land, because it ain’t going to happen.

How can I sit there and say that, you say? What kind of a fool is this idiot with glasses on telling me this information? I can say it based on thousands of patients over nearly 30 years of experience. I treat a lot of people with parasites. I’ve been long enough in the business to see a huge recurrence rate with people coming back again and again and again. I’ve just had a look at a very interesting medical website where they say that the success rate on doxycycline and iodoquinol is very, very high. You can read all these testimonials on the website. The funny thing is these are exactly the patients who come to see me after they’ve been on these pharmaceutical drugs for one or two rounds.

I can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen over the years that have taken a pharmaceutical drug and felt really well, then it all turned to crap. Then they started getting abdominal pain and the gas again. Then they started looking for somebody else. These are the cases that end up at my doorstep. I’ve got to start thinking, “How can I help this patient finally overcome this thing permanently?” It’s usually only by adopting a combination of multiple different aspects to put them in a protocol that’s going to get the result that you’re looking for.

As I mentioned, just taking pills is not really going to create a permanent fix. Looking at boosting up your immune system is very clever. Looking and assessing what’s going on in your digestive system on a much wider basis is very intelligent because many people who’ve got one or multiple parasites will often also have very low levels of beneficial bacteria. They’ll have bacteria that are going in transit from good to bad to ugly. They’ll also have, perhaps, a yeast infection internally. One or multiple Candida species or other kinds of species living inside their gut. They may have other challenges like poor digestive enzymes. There could be inflammation. There could be elevated or depressed circulatory IgA-poor immune function. They could have a high eosinophil count in the blood. There could be lots of different things going on.

Getting a comprehensive stool test is a smart thing to do if you’ve got parasites. You can go to many different kinds of labs-Genova Diagnostics or Doctor’s Data tend to be the better labs to get the stool test done. If you suspect parasites and you’ve got tummy pain, diarrhea, bloating, gas, something like that, then you need to be on your toes and think, “I need to do a full assessment and find out what’s going on,” before you jump into natural treatment. Get all the facts first. Make sure that things are assessed carefully and properly before you do that. All the information is what you want, and then you can make an informed decision. Shooting from the hip is not a good idea.

Let’s have a look at a natural treatment plan for a bug like Dientamoeba Fragilis. How are you going to put this together? My question to you, if you were a patient, would be: How long have you been ill for? What kind of lifestyle have you got? What are the contributing factors that led to you getting this infection in the first place? What has your diet been like? What is your occupation like? Do you travel a lot? Have you got good hygiene? Are you willing to make some changes in your lifestyle where changes need to be made? Can you stop drinking alcohol for 12 months? Can you stop traveling for several months? Set yourself down in one spot so you can get well. Can you cut down on different kinds of stresses? Can you get rid of that crappy job that’s not paying you enough money that’s pissing you off?

Start thinking about these kind of things because I want you to improve your immune system. I want your sleep to be improved. If you got poor sleep, you’ll never recover. If you got high stress, you’ll never recover. You can take all the pills you want; it’s not going to work. Or if it does work, it’ll be a partial result. Remember, lifestyle will account for three quarters of recovery from parasites. This could be one of the reasons again why people who take even a pharmaceutical don’t quite get that long term effect that they’re looking for. They took the pill for the ill, and they kept on doing the same stuff they were doing, and it came back. I’ve seen it not once, not twice, I’ve seen it hundreds of times with people. They went through the trouble of taking a pharmaceutical, getting the result they’re looking for, but it didn’t hold long enough.

The other thing that you need to learn with parasites is I think that a very important aspect of treatment that’s totally overlooked-not just with natural treatment, but we commonly find this in medical treatment. They’ll go one round of drugs and they’ll expect it to be finished. Well, it’s not going to happen. Parasites are very clever. You can knock them down, but they come back up again. This is what I call the “sucker punch.” When you’ve hit something hard, you wait a little while, then you hit it hard again. How many times have you seen a movie (well, if it’s women watching this they probably wouldn’t have seen this) but if you’re a guy watching this, how many times have you seen a film when the bad guy got knocked down and he’s lying on the ground, and then the guy who hit him thinks, “Yes I’ve won!” But then, all of a sudden the bad guy comes up with a knife or a gun and bang. He gets the good guy. That’s what parasites do. You knock them down. You think they’re down, but they turn around and bite you in the butt.

I think a very smart move (which from experience works well for me) is to treat the patient for a six-week block and then wait probably about 14 days and then do the sucker punch. Hit them again. It’s a very clever approach. It works well for a lot of people. This tends to put the bugs at rest for a long time. I use it successfully for helicobacter pylori infection, cryptosporidium, Dientamoeba, pseudomonas, Blastocystis, many different types of bugs when I encounter. I find it works more so for parasites than it does for Candida. With Candida, I think it’s best just to keep treating, treating, treating, and then back off treatment. Then maybe you can do another treatment phase, but with parasites, you do that double whammy. It tends to work quite well. Just think about that. Treatment, getting a result, backing off treatment, and then treating hard again.

There are different types of products that you can use for Dientamoeba Fragilis and Blasto, but I want you to consider the Canxida Remove product that I’ve created. It’s been working very, very well for a lot of people now for different types of bugs. We’ve actually seen this by doing stool tests pre and post. We’ve seen huge reductions in numbers. Incredibly good results. Person’s taking this for two months, especially when the dosages are around the two or three tablets per day in conjunction with raw garlic, maybe some additional oregano, maybe some additional grapefruit seed extract depending on how bad the infection is. It’s working quite well indeed.

At the same time, you’re doing the anti-treatment, I think it’s also good to take an enzyme probiotic supplement. Nearly all people with Dientamoeba need digestive support. The Canxida Restore contains the enzymes and the probiotics, which are going to greatly assist things like gas and bloating. They’ll improve the appetite and the bowel function quite a lot. That’s the best natural treatment. A good balance between lifestyle and diet and supplementation. It’s the best way to permanently eradicate any kind of parasite you’ve got in your body. Is by really looking at the overall picture and to see what you can fix up in your life. Not just a matter of popping a pill and thinking, “Well this will fix it up.” It’s a waste of time.
