Can my partner get yeast infection if I have it?

Thank you for tuning into this video today. Here’s a question I get asked quite regularly. If I have a yeast infection, does my partner have it, too?

Well, let’s just examine that in a bit more detail. If you’re a female with a vaginal yeast infection and you have a partner, there is a probability that your partner has this yeast infection and you can be passing it from partner to partner. So this goes whether you’ve got a female partner or a male partner because it’s highly probable. So even though a vaginal yeast infection is not a STD, it’s not a sexually transmitted disease, it can certainly be passed on sexually from person to person. I’ve seen this on many occasion. I’ve seen many women recover from thrush or vaginal infection only to end up having recurrence and recurrence. I’ve seen this quite often in women in relationships. So it’s well worth getting yourself checked out and treated, but also particularly having your partner checked out and treated, too. So instead of what I call “passing the parcel” from one person to another, it’s important for both people in the relationship to be treated for a Candida yeast infection.

So I’d also like you to check out my online quiz. My quiz you will find on CandidaCrusher.com that will give you a pretty good understanding if there’s a probability of a mild, moderate, or severe probability of having a yeast infection. If you’re a guy with jock itch, there is also a possibility you can pass a yeast infection onto a female or a male partner. I’ve certainly seen this also occur. But it’s more likely for females passing on to male, then male to female, but it can occur either way.

So whether you’re a male or a female, please complete my quiz that will give you a good idea if you’ve got it. And if you want to know more about treatment, check out yeastinfection.org, the internet’s best site when it comes to information on all aspects of yeast infection.

The product Canxida that you’ll find on Canxida.com is a fantastic anti-fungal product, which works very well on both male and female. So if the female has a yeast infection, it’s good for her partner to take the Canxida as well. When an anti-fungal is working on both people, there’s a greater chance that you’re not going to be passing it backwards and forwards whether you’re male or female.

So for my quiz, please go to CandidaCrusher.com. For information on yeast infections, go to yeastinfection.org, and for the world’s most incredible anti-fungal product, go and check out Canxida.com.

Thank you for your attention.

What is a good natural treatment for jock itch its driving me crazy

Today, I’d like to talk about how to treat jock itch. I’ve previously done a video about jock itch you may have seen, and I mentioned two case studies, two guys that I’ve treated successfully with jock itch. First thing I’d like to say. With jock itch, if you want to treat it or cure it, it’s not purely a local problem. You need to treat it internally as well as externally. So you’re best results are going to come from diet and lifestyle modification, as well as the treatment, the external skin treatment of jock itch.

So if you’re a guy with jock itch watching this right now, I just want you to remember it’s a waste of time treating the skin around the groin area locally and forgetting about what you eat, what you drink, and how you live. If you really want to get a resolution and you want to cure this thing once and for all, then you really need to understand the holistic treatment of jock itch.

So most people, in fact, I would say all people with quite severe jock itch have got a major intestinal yeast infection. Some have actually systemic yeast infections, so it’s spread right throughout their body. Many guys I see with jock itch, in fact, drink too much beer or eat pizza or have the wrong kind of food. A lot of them I see wear the wrong kind of clothing, particularly undergarments. They may wear clothing with too much nylon in it.

Let’s just go over a couple of basic points you should factor into your diet and lifestyle if you want to cure this jock itch once and for all. So one of the first things that I recommend you do is to take my quiz, yeast infection quiz. So if you go to CandidaCrusher.com, you can do my quiz. That will give you an idea if you got mild, moderate or severe jock itch because jock itch, basically, is a yeast infection.

So once you’ve determined how bad the jock itch really is, then let’s go about seeing how we can get rid of this jock itch. So one of the key things I’d like you to do is look at one of the major food or drinks that you’ll be consuming right now that’ll be contributing to your jock itch. So alcohols and sugars are two key things that you need to look at. Have a look at some of my articles on yeastinfection.org. On the home page under the men’s section, you can read quite a lot of articles on the foods that contribute to this condition called jock itch.

So alcohol, suffice it to say, is going to be a big problem. If you really like drinking alcohol quite a lot and you’ve got jock itch, well, you ain’t going to get rid of it if you keep drinking the alcohol, so you will need to severely cut back on this alcohol. If you want to cure jock itch, you’ll preferably need to get rid of alcohol for four to six months straight. So you might not like to do that, but I’m pretty sure that if the jock itch is driving you as crazy as it has some of my patients, you’ll certainly comply with that recommendation.

So we’re talking beer, we’re talking spirits, you know, rum, vodka, whiskey, any kind of those kinds of beverages. You just got to get rid of them. Soda drinks, sugary drinks, even cordials, or sweetened cordials that you add to water or these powdered sachets with sugar in them you add to water, so any kind of sugar or alcohol you’ll need to kick out of your diet for some time. Those are the key things that you need to get rid of.

Other foods that you’ll need to consider will be bread, eating a lot of bread, eating a lot of takeaway food, ice cream, donuts, bagels, sundaes. Can you relate to any of those kinds of food or drinks? You’ll need to get rid of those as well.

So I’ve got plenty of good eating recommendations on yeastinfection.org that you can have a look at. I’ve also got an excellent product called Canxida, which is going to be very, very effective against jock itch to take internally, so you would take one tablet three times per day. Tea tree oil is quite a good oil to use externally around the genital region, too.

Clothing, let’s look at clothing. So 100 percent cotton boxers or briefs are what you want to wear, and I’d like you to change them preferably in the morning. Get up, have a shower, put on cotton underclothing. When you come home from work, have a shower, put on again a pair of cotton briefs. If you do that twice a day, treat the skin locally with tea tree oil or some tea tree oil soap, shower twice per day, and spend a bit of time in summer in the ocean water. That’s going to help quite a lot.

Make those diet changes and please do my quiz to determine how bad the problem is, and think about the product Canxida because that’s going to help you overcome the condition, too. You can find a link to that product on yeastinfection.org there on the right side, and feel free to ask me any questions on this YouTube channel. I’m quite happy to take them.

Thanks for your attention.

How to treat jock itch without creams?

Today, I’d like to talk a little bit about jock itch. I’ve done a couple of videos on jock itch, but this one is going to dispel quite a few myths about curing jock itch, the treatment of jock itch.

Jock itch is a condition I’ve treated now for a long time, for over 20 years. I’ve treated many women with vaginal yeast infections. I’ve treated many men with jock itch. I’ve treated children with diaper rash. I’ve treated adults and children with all manifestations of skin yeast infections like ringworm, for example. I’ve treated toenail fungus, but jock itch is an area that I believe I’m well qualified to give you some expert advice.

I had really bad jock itch in my ‘20s. I had some stupid advice from different practitioners and even my medical practitioner, ridiculous advice. It took me a little bit of time to get rid of the infection, and I can remember how it drove me absolutely crazy. I lived in quite a warm climate in Australia at the time, and I made all the wrong diet and lifestyle choices, and these are things I don’t want you to make. I’ve treated thousands of people with jock itch, so I’m pretty sure that if you follow some of my hints and tips, you’ll be able to nail this thing without wasting a lot of your time.

Some of the myths I’d like to dispel on curing jock itch include don’t waste your time using creams. Thinking you can cure this skin condition around the groin and the rectal area using a skin cream. It’s just not going to happen. You’re going to get some symptom relief, but you’re not really going to cure this thing. You really have to get to the deeper-seated causes and triggers of jock itch and understand that this thing needs to be treated on a deeper basis if you want to cure it, particularly if you’ve had it for many years like some of my patients have.

I mean some guys even get crazy advice from their doctor like using a vaginal cream for this problem. It’s just crazy. These products weren’t designed for male jock itch around the penis and the scrotum and the groin area. You shouldn’t be using them. I mean you can even create damage for yourself using these medicinal creams, these medical creams made of chemical concoctions that weren’t designed for us as guys. I know we’re still people. We shouldn’t go into saying it’s going to kill you, but it’s just not designed for jock itch itself. Symptom relief will occur, but let women use the vaginal creams, okay, and I’m going to give you a couple of good expert tips, so let’s get into it.

Let’s talk about a guy that I recently saw on Skype. A lot of my patients are on Skype these days. I’m going to call this guy, Gary; that’s not his real name. Gary’s a long distance truck driver from Florida, so Gary does long haul all around the U.S. Gary’s had jock itch for about 15 years, a long time, and he was really well and truly sick and tired of his condition. Gary spends a lot of time in the cab of the truck, as you can well imagine. Gary’s choices when it comes to eating food are not all that good, which would often mean stopping at these roadhouses and eating all kinds of sugary and salty foods, soda drinks, and lots of coffee, the wrong kind of choices.

Even though he was having regular showers, he wasn’t really that much into personal hygiene like some guys are. So I spent a bit of time with this guy going over how he really needs to change his undergarments preferably twice per day when it’s quite bad, a severe condition. He needs to use cotton undergarments. He needs to use a tea tree oil based soap to keep the area clean. Preferably wear boxers and also at least once or twice a week spend some time soaking that area in a bit of apple cider vinegar or diluted tea tree oil mixed in water. That’s going to help him quite a lot. And in summertime, he’s got to spend a lot of time at the beach swimming. And if he can, get some sun exposure on the groin because that’s going to help him considerably.

I also found out this guy’s got quite a lot of pubic hair as he mentioned, so I told him to keep that area quite trimmed, so cut it short. You don’t have to shave the area, but just cut it short and use a hair dryer after a shower to dry the area. Because remember, Candida likes moisture. It likes darkness. It likes warmth. These are breeding grounds for yeast. Shaving is even better. If you can shave all that pubic region and keep it dry, you’ve got a lot less chance of jock itch. So these are a couple of good tips already, sunlight exposure, salt water exposure, dry the area, clean the area, cotton undergarments, tea tree oil soap. Buy yourself some tea tree oil that’s water-soluble. Normally we call water miscible or water soluble; that’s going to help tremendously as well.

And Gary, his lifestyle choices include also his diet. I want this guy to eat a better kind of food, so sugar and alcohol are going to feed up the Candida. It’s not really going to help him if he’s going to eat the crap diet, so we spoke at length about the diet. You can read more about the Candida diet, the three-stage diet, on yeastinfection.org. I also put Gary on a product called Canxida, my anti-fungal product, which helped to reduce his intestinal Candida to a very large extent. So it was a combination of the diet change, these cleanliness lifestyle changes, and taking the anti-fungal that’s helped basically nail this infection for this guy.

Now he’s at the point now where he hardly even knows he’s got jock itch anymore, which is fantastic. There’s a danger in that as well that he could go back to his old ways again, but I’m quite confident now that he’s so happy now that he doesn’t have this constant rubbing and itching down there anymore, which can be quite depressing for some people.

Can you use home remedies for jock itch? Yes, you can, but remember they’re going to relieve. They’re not going to cure. You’re not going to cure this thing unless you get serious, making changes on several different fronts. You can use apple cider vinegar to help the area with symptom relief, but I highly recommend that you use an anti-fungal like Canxida internally, as well as a diet change.

So anti-fungal foods. What are some anti-fungal foods? Well, you can look at things like clove, the spice clove; a couple of those per day swallow them. You can look at garlic. You can include coconut oil, a tablespoon per day. That’s quite anti-fungal to take internally and with your food. You can also rub a bit of coconut oil around the groin region, and it also makes a good sexual lubricant, coconut oil, because it is anti-fungal. If you’re in an intimate relationship, make sure that your partner hasn’t got a yeast infection because you can be passing it from one person to another. I see this pass the parcel happening quite often in relationships. So if you are in a relationship, please get your partner checked out or make sure that he or she has not got a yeast infection because it can be a real problem.

So those are a couple of good hints and tips for you to use. Make sure you do my quiz to see if you’re mild, moderate or severe. You can go to yeastinfection.org. You can read that site, but you can check out the quiz on CandidaCrusher.com. So go to that site, do my quiz, determine what the severity level is, look at some of my other videos on jock itch. And just remember, using creams externally will not cure jock itch. It will give symptom relief.

I mucked around with this condition for about 18 months before I finally nailed it when I realized I had to get rid of the Candida inside my intestinal tract. I had to get rid of that. I lived in a moldy house. I was drinking Coca-Cola. I was making all the wrong diet choices. It wasn’t until I woke up one day and realized, you know, I read a few books on yeast infections. I started to study naturopathy. I made the correct lifestyle changes, and I finally got rid of the jock itch. I got rid of the intestinal yeast. My sinuses cleared up. My skin cleared up, and it was incredible. I got so depressed at one point with Candida. I’ve had male patients that are suicidal from this condition. I’ve had guys crying on Skype. I don’t want to live anymore. It’s ruined their relationship. It’s ruined their life. It’s destroyed everything. So this condition can destroy your life if you don’t get on top of it. All right?

So take some of this advice onboard and try the holistic and you, too, can cure your jock itch.

Thank you for tuning in today.
