Read & Watch This Before You Buy ThreeLac

Thank you for checking out this video today. This is going to be an interesting video for those who like taking probiotics, particularly if they’re interested in taking a probiotic called Threelac or Fivelac, but Threelac, in particular, from a company called Global Health Trax in USA. There are different distributors around the world of this product. I’ve used Threelac on and off probably for about five or six years in my clinic, and this is going to be a no BS straight up review on this product. I’m going to tell you a bit about it.

Don’t click off this video straight away if you have bought Threelac, had aggravations on Threelac, have had poor results on Threelac or even if you’ve had good results from Threelac, so try to watch it all the way through. Particularly, if you’re interested in buying Threelac and want to try it out. I’m going to tell you about this product. Give you my honest opinion based on my clinical experience of 27 years now treating Candida patients, thousands of patients, many kinds of probiotics.

I would say I’ve used Threelac probably on about 500 patients, probably more, maybe even close to 700 patients over time. While I’ve had the odd report that this product has given some improvements to clients, I think overall, it’s quite a useless product. I’m going to explain to you why it’s useless and, I think, in many cases, it’s actually dangerous and why you should really think carefully about buying this product and using it on yourself. It’s got some stupid ingredients in it that should have never been put in there.

There are, however, some good advantages to Threelac and a couple of good points. The good points about the product which I like is it’s in an attractive box. It’s got a nice lemony flavor. Threelac has got a nice lemony flavor and it comes in quite neat little straws, like little straws. You can rip them open, put it in your mouth or mix it in a drink, which is a real advantage. It’s a fantastic feature of this product are the 60 straws we find in the box. You can pop them in your pocket. You can take them out when you’re traveling. There’s no doubt it’s a very, very handy way of delivery of a probiotic to a person, and the flavor’s good. I like the taste of this product.

But then again, it’s not all about the taste and the pretty box. It’s about does this product work. You’re going to read reviews on the internet about Threelac from the odd patient who’s tried it and say it’s a great product, but what about all the thousands and thousands of people who have used it and found it useless and of no therapeutic efficacy whatsoever? And even lots of people who aggravate on it.

Remember, I get people from all over the world contacting me with Candida issues. I treat patients in over 50 countries through Skype, so I hear from people all the time what works and what doesn’t work, and I get a ton of feedback from Threelac saying that it was crap. It didn’t work. It causes bloating. It caused gas. It caused diarrhea. I felt ripped off. They had poor customer support. They’re really disappointed with the product. Not one, not two, not three, but many, many people I’ve heard this from.

If we look at the ingredients of Threelac, we’ll soon find out why these aggravations occur, and I’m going to tell you why. There are three strains of probiotics in this product which are good. There’s no doubt about it, bacillus coagulans, bacillus subtilis, and enterococcus faecalis, these are quite good strains of probiotics. I’m disappointed they didn’t put lactobacillus plantarum in here, which is a very powerful immune boosting strain. They should’ve put lactobacillus in here. They didn’t do that. They never put bifida bacteria in here, which is ridiculous. Bifida and lacto are two primary beneficial bacteria which need to be in the colon. And, in fact, most people I test the stool with serious Candida have got very low levels of lactobacillus and bifida bacteria. They should be showing three to four plus, many show NG, which is no growth. Why plant these sorts of bugs in the gut when you should be looking at the strains which are most predominant in the gut. Global Health Trax, why didn’t you guys do that? You really missed the boat here.

But that’s not the problem. The biggest concern I have is this product actually uses a sugar alcohol called erythritol in here, which is dumb. What a dumb thing to do. You might as well give people a can of Coke to drink and put some beneficial bacteria in it. Erythritol can cause a lot of digestive upsets in people because sugar alcohols are commonly found in a whole bunch of diet foods, Diet Coke, for example, they’ll put them in. Sugar alcohols are a very cheap way to tart up, to sweeten up a product. They claim they’ve got no calories. I’ll buy that, but the problem is the body can’t break sugar alcohols down, so they can create gas. They can create bloating, digestive pain. And what does the patient think? They think they’re getting die off. They’re not getting die off. They’ve got a digestive system that’s impaired already and now you’re putting an artificial sugar in there. It’s not a good idea to put a sugar alcohol into a gut.

They’re also using FOS or fructooligosaccharides. These things are like inulin. When they’re made in factories by machines and given to people, again, remember people with Candida and SIBO have got impaired digestive systems, so why are you going to give them these sugars? It’s a stupid idea to put sugar in a probiotic. It should not be done. For that reason alone, “ehhh”. I give Threelac the thumbs down. It’s not a good product. You shouldn’t be even considering this product.

Would you drink Diet Coke with Candida? You might as well if you’re going to take Threelac. But how about this, they put canola oil in this product. What the hell would they do that for? Why would they put canola oil in a product like this? And they also have warnings on there saying, careful because could contain up to 30 parts per million casein, which is a protein found in cow’s milk that is highly allergenic, and also there could be potential lactose in there. There could be all sorts of junk in there. Sorry, not lactose, gluten. They claim to be careful because it says, may contain traces of gluten and also it contains casein, so it’s got two allergenic substances in there. You’ve got these two sugars in there. It’s ridiculous. Don’t even contemplate Threelac.

I gave up using Threelac years ago in my clinic because I had too many patients coming back with tummy upsets, headaches, dizzy spells, insomnia, diarrhea, constipation, and I kept thinking that it was me that it was the diets I put these patients on. The day I stopped using Threelac was the day that I didn’t get that kind of bad feedback from patients anymore. Don’t even contemplate Threelac.

Thanks for tuning into my video today. Please don’t forget to do my yeast infection quiz. If you go to CandidaCrusher.com, you can do my online quiz. It’s the world’s best Candida quiz. And also please check out yeastinfection.org, which is one of the world’s best websites for very good yeast infection information and check out my other videos on my channel. There are many different videos regarding digestive health.

The other thing I’d like to point out to you is people who sell and promote Threelac never talk about it themselves. It’s all about testimonials from customers, but they don’t actually treat patients. They just sell pills. Think about it. When you actually treat thousands of people like me, you get to see what’s bullshit from non-bullshit. And I can tell you now, Threelac to me is not really something that you want to contemplate unless you want to waste $60 or $70 on a product.

Thanks for tuning in.

How Do Antifungals Help With getting rid of Candida?

Thanks for checking out another video of mine today. This one’s going to be a question I got here from a patient in Japan, of all places. I get questions from all over the world. This is a Japanese lady and she writes beautiful English by the way. The Japanese write very good English. How do antifungals help with Candida overgrowth?

I can explain that quite well in this video, so I hope you pay attention to what I’ve got to say. It’s not just all about taking antifungals. This is a typical belief system that many people have taking something to conquer something, to counter something. So taking a pill to cure an ill.

The first advice I’d like to give you there in Japan is think about your diet. It’s very important eating the right kind of foods. In fact, lifestyle and diet account for 80 percent of recovery from yeast infections and most digestive problems. It’s not just about pills or treatment. It’s about living a balanced lifestyle. That’s a very important thing to do.

Most websites you look at about Candida, most companies who talk about Candida or promote pills, of course, because that’s where profits are. There’s no money to be made in getting you to change your diet and lifestyle. My belief as a naturopath is that this is your best bet is to really make these changes that are required. Nearly all patients with Candida or yeast infections or gut problems have one or two foods or drinks which they can’t seem to get enough off. They tend to keep going back to primary offending foods. And if it’s not the foods, it’ll be some kind of lifestyle habit that’s underpinning a lot of their problems. Staying up too late. Arguing too much. In poor relationships with people, whether it’s professional or social. There’ll be something there that’s causing a major problem and it maintains the cause. Could be taking a pharmaceutical drug long term, so you need to understand the connection between cause and effect.

Antifungals really work by changing the mulyo[?] or the environment of the gut. They alter the pH. They contain chemicals themselves which really tend to interfere with the reproduction of a lot of bacteria, parasites, fungi. They help to kill and destroy the fungi directly themselves, so they cause an inhibition and a kill on their own right. But how about this for incorporating a good well balanced and relaxed lifestyle? Eating the right kind of foods, which I’ve outlined on yeastinfection.org, but then putting special foods into the diet. Foods with antifungal kinds of effects.

You’re asking me how do antifungals work. Well, how about eating foods with antifungal properties themselves like garlic and coconut and clove, these sorts of things, oregano. Adding these things into your diet on a regular basis are going to give you a great antifungal effect. And then taking an antifungal tablet on top of that is going to be the icing on the cake. That’s really going to give you a beautiful result if everything else is lined up properly. Having a crappy lifestyle and diet and then taking an antifungal, to me, is a complete and utter waste of time. You need to get things sorted first. This is why I developed an antifungal mainly to help people to overcome their yeast infection when everything is right. This is why it doesn’t take a lot of effort for someone to overcome it if they take a small amount of a quality product.

American president, Benjamin Franklin said, “The best doctors give the least medicines.” The best sniper uses one bullet to kill somebody, not five thousand tons of bombs dropped on a whole city. You don’t need to do that. One shot and you’ve wiped out that bad bug. One shot. A small amount of a good antifungal directed at the pathogen when the whole scene is set correctly. When the digestive system is working reasonably well. The bowel’s functioning. They’ve got a low stress lifestyle. They’re sleeping well. Take the antifungal. Bang! You get the result you’re looking for. It also means that you treat for the shortest possible time with a minimal possible dose. It’s clever medicine. Less aggravation for you and less cost out of your pocket when you do it that way as well.

An antifungal works, as I said, by inhibiting and destroying, but works best when used intelligently. I hope this video today has given you an understanding that just by taking tons of pills; you’re probably going to waste your time and waste a lot of money.

You can read a lot more about my approach, as I mentioned, on yeastinfection.org. Also go to CandidaCrusher.com and do my survey to see what level of severity of yeast infection you’ve got. That’s going to help you out a lot.

Thank you to that person in Japan. I hope to visit your country one day because I’ve heard it’s beautiful in Japan. Thank you very much.

How do you take Nystatin to treat candida?

Thanks for checking out my video. I’ve got a question here from a patient in New York. How do you take Nystatin?

Have you seen my other videos on Nystatin, by the way? I’ve completed a couple of other YouTube clips on Nystatin and also I’ve written some good articles on yeastinfection.org about Nystatin. It was a drug developed in the ’50 by two American lady researchers. It’s named Nystatin after the New York State Laboratory where it was developed in 1954 and widely promoted by Dr. William Crook in the ‘80s who wrote The Yeast Connection. Quite a famous book that really started the whole understanding of how serious yeast infections are. Crook was a pediatrician and a good friend of my stress mentor, Dr. Wilson, Billy Crook. He used to be called Billy Crook. Not a good name for a doctor is it, Crook? It sounds a bit suspect. But apparently he was a lovely man with quite a profound understanding on the effects of yeast, particularly on children, but also on adults. Widely ridiculed by a lot of people.

But Candida, as we know today, is widely known and researched. It’s in many research papers you’ll find online. If you go to SNL and M-Base, many different databases, you can read an incredible amount of research. The Japanese and Koreans have done an incredible amount of research on Candida in the last 20, 30 years, in particular.

Nystatin in my mind is a drug that is probably like the safest pharmaceutical drug to use because it’s based on a bacteria. Like a lot of antifungal and antibiotic drugs, it actually comes from a bacteria as a starting point. But this one’s particularly safe because it doesn’t get absorbed by the digestive tract. It gets passed through. Billy Crook would recommend anything up from 500,000 up to 1 million units per day for anywhere from four to six weeks, sometimes even three months. Dr. Crook would say often to take Nystatin until symptoms are reached. And as long as symptoms have been reached, Candida is being killed.

I don’t really like that approach to create a lot of symptoms in people. But Nystatin is certainly a powerful product for many people; however, products like that can create serious side effects with people, too. Remember, it targets Candida. It doesn’t target anything else in the body. And if you take too high a dose, you can get very, very sick on Nystatin. Oral doses, usually we’re looking at about 1/8 teaspoon taken in about four ounces of water, which is about 100 mils of water, I believe, or about half a glass of water. Stir it in quite well and generally you’ll take a few sips, you’ll rinse the mouth with it, swallow and take a few more sips and rinse it. It’s taken away from food. And it’s taken usually once per day, sometimes twice per day. You can also get it in pasteels[?] which can be sucked on. You can get like creams and lotions for topical. It depends really on the delivery and the type of Nystatin you’re looking at. And also make sure that you talk to your doctor about how exactly to use it and how long to use it for.

When you’ve finished taking Nystatin, it’s important to take a good probiotic, probably for a good two months after that. I don’t think probiotics and Nystatin are really good at the same time. When you take Nystatin, don’t take it with Canxida, which is the product I developed. It’s not a good idea. I believe Canxida is a far superior product than Nystatin because it’s going to target parasites, bacteria and yeasts and you can get it at Canxida.com. I think it’s better priced and more effective and has far less potential for side effects long term. It’s going to give you a more broad-spectrum effect than Nystatin. Nystatin doesn’t touch parasites or bad bacteria. It just targets Candida which is quite narrow in scope.

Remember, narrow scope, powerful effects. With a broad spectrum, you’re going to take out a hell of a lot more with a shotgun than you are with a rifle. I always say that with people. Not that I go shooting, but I’ve seen the kind of damage that shotguns do compared to handguns, and I think Nystatin is a bit of a hand gun.

I hope that answers your question about Nystatin today. Thank you.
