Can Black walnut treat candida yeast?

Have you checked out yeastinfection.org yet or CandidaCrusher.com? These are very good websites for you to check out. You can do a survey online as well, the world’s best Candida survey you can find on CandidaCrusher.com. Question, Erik, is black walnut any good for Candida?

Black walnut is very good for Candida, but I believe it should be used as part of a very good, well-rounded antifungal product, so black walnut has been used for centuries in Europe as well as in North America for a whole wide range of conditions. The whole tree and the fruit, the leaves, the inner bark, they all contain compounds which are quite strong. You will find that – I don’t know if you have any black walnut trees growing around you, but the tenets from this tree are quite strong. They can stain clothes black really bad, so the tenets are something very stringent that you’ll actually find in the hull itself. Tenets are also found in tea, but they’re very powerful tenets in black walnut, and these tenets were used – were known, people used to many years ago cook up or brew these walnut hulls and use them actually for cleaning bed linens to get rid of bed bugs and bed mites and sort of ringworm infections. They used to squeeze the juice and put this on the skin to get rid of ringworm.

Juglone is the active ingredient – or Juglone is the active ingredient found in the walnut hull. There’s green walnut hull and black walnut, but the black walnut hull extract is the more powerful one. It may irritate some people if they’ve got very poor kidney function or people who eat too much protein in their diet may need to be careful. If you eat meat all the time, black walnut may irritate people with an existing kidney problem.

What I like about the walnut, black walnut in particular, it’s anti-parasitic, antifungal and antibacterial. A study conducted at the University of Mississippi in the ’90s showed it was, in fact, just as effective, if not more effective, to use black walnut, as it was commercial antifungal preparations. Whether they be for skin conditions or internal. So you see we have got natural medicines that are just as effective as using pharmaceutical drugs, and black walnut is one of the more powerful ones. Not quite up there as powerful as the grapefruit seed extract, but when combined with grapefruit seed extract and other ingredients like Caprylic acid, undecylenic acid, clove, Neem, berberine extract, standardized garlic. When you put all these sort of things together, you come up with a super powerful antifungal, and that product I created, and it’s called Canxida.

This is not a sales push by any means. I’m just explaining to you the best antifungals on the market, and black walnut is one of them. When you get black walnut, make sure that you get an extract, a standardized extract, something that is a little bit more powerful. Most dietary supplements won’t do this. In Canxida, I put a 4 to 1 extract of the black walnut, so this is quite powerful. And for that reason, I only had to put a small amount in there. If you use too much black walnut, you could irritate the liver and the kidney as I said, but a small amount is very potent.

It’s particularly good for people with small intestinal bowel overgrowth, so people who have got a wide range of food allergies, who’ve got a diet where they can only tolerate a small amount of foods, people with a lot of gastrointestinal problems like diarrhea, constipation, bloating and gas, things like that. I also use this product for women with bad women’s yeast infections, so it’s a perfect herbal medicine to use in conjunction with the proper treatment.

That’s black walnut extract. A fantastic antifungal and certainly worth considering if you have a yeast infection.

Can I have grapefruit juice on candida diet?

Thanks for checking out the video. Is grapefruit juice good for Candida is a question that was asked of me. It doesn’t really matter if you have grapefruit juice or not. I don’t feel it’s that beneficial. The only reason I recommend you have grapefruit juice would be to add grapefruit seed extract in the juice, so you can get liquid grapefruit seed extract, which I find to be very, very good and it will blend quite well and help to mask the extremely bitter taste of the grapefruit seed extract. I call it GSE, grapefruit seed extract.

GSE is an extremely powerful antifungal. I find that garlic extract and grapefruit seed extract combined have exceptionally good, potent, wide spectrum activity for eradicating Candida and bad bacteria and parasites from the body.

The seeds of most fruits contain a very powerful component of that fruit because after all, they have to begin life, so for something that you put in the ground that can grow into quite a large tree has to have a lot of goodness in it and a lot of potency in it. The fruit itself just doesn’t have the power that the seed has got. And particularly the citrus seeds in general, lemon seed, orange seed, lime seed, grapefruit seed, tangelo seed, all these seeds are very powerful.

Doctor Harag from Florida many years ago discovered that there’s something in GSE that sets it beyond anything else we’ve ever discovered. Harag wanted to find the world’s strongest product when it came to sterilizing and cleansing, and GSE was originally used in hospitals in America and even in municipal pools and Olympic swimming pools for sterilizing these from bacteria until, of course, the pharmaceutical industry came onboard and said, “Hey, this is all crap. We’ve got chemicals for that,” and put an end to it all.

But GSE is very good for sterilizing spa pools, for example, swimming pools; it’s good for cleaning down bench tops. It’s good for a whole wide range of cleansing purposes in your house or restaurant or hotel, whatever you’ve got, but it’s exceptionally good for cleaning the internal body of a yeast infection. And if you find it too bitter to take, just get a tablespoon of grapefruit juice and put a few drops in there and take it internally.

A word of warning, though, with grapefruit seed extract, it contains a flavonoid called Naringenin and Naringenin has an interesting effect on upregulating the liver phase one endogenic pathways, so people on certain types of pharmaceutical drugs can’t take grapefruit seed extract or the grapefruit juice itself because it will cause the liver to allow a prolonged life in the body of that drug. Make sure if you’re taking a pharmaceutical drug to check out online if there is any clash between that drug and grapefruit juice because there could well be. It’s one of the only things I know in nature that can really severely interfere with people with certain types of pharmaceutical drugs.

So thanks for checking out this video.

Is it okay to take lufenuron on candida diet?

Thanks for checking out the video. Is Lufenuron good on Candida diet? A chitin synthesis inhibitor, is it a good product to take when I’m on a strict yeast infection diet when I’m trying to eradicate Candida? It’s not. Don’t take this stuff.

I’ve made a few videos before regarding these chitin synthesis inhibitors and Lufenuron. This stuff’s just garbage. I’ve seen too many people with side effects and feeling sick who take this product way more than you would like to know about.

I’ve been seeing Candida patients now for 26 years and I treat people from all around the world on Skype, and I’m routinely hearing from people who’ve taken this product who feel sick. They’ve had bad diarrhea, so don’t take it. Don’t take this product. You don’t need it on the Candida diet. Most people can get a massive improvement just by diet alone. And if you want to take an antifungal, look at a natural antifungal, something with garlic in it, oregano in it, grapefruit seed extract, maybe a bit of black walnut, a bit of clove, a bit of berberine, so look for a balanced antifungal, preferably in a sustained release form that’s going to work for a few hours. Something that’s not going to make you feel sick or that’s going to create die off. Those products are available.

Lufenuron is not something I endorse at all. I’m particularly unhappy with some of these websites how they promote these products, talking that diets don’t work, antifungals don’t work, and that only this chitin synthesis inhibitor works. It doesn’t work. It makes people sick. It may work for a minority of people. Science has clearly shown it not to work. It is not endorsed by people like Dr. Jeff McCombs or myself. I believe Jeff and I are pretty well much on point when it comes to yeast infections. This is a nonsense product marketed by a person with no medical skill or ability, so you want to keep away from products that are designed to kill fleas to take for human beings. Take it at your own risk.

Candida diet, go and check out yeastinfection.org. You’re going to find a lot of good information on that site regarding Candida. I believe in an approach that Dr. John Trowbridge came up with many years ago, a friend of Dr. William Cook, meat, eggs, vegetables and yogurt, so generally lean proteins, eggs, plenty of leafy greens and yogurt, and you can put a few different type of carbs in there, but we do like to keep people away from wheat, in particular, and gluten.

Eating the right kind of food, living the right kind of lifestyle is your number one priority when it comes to eradicating Candida, not taking some nonsense product that’s just going to be a fad for a year or two and then it’ll go and there will be some other fad coming out. Keep your money in your back pocket and don’t spend it on these nonsense novel products.

If you want to look for a really good antifungal, check out Canxida on Canxida.com. That product is entirely different. It’s not going to work on inhibiting the chitin in the cell wall. It’s 11 different ingredients in there targeted, not just for Candida, but also for parasites or for bad bacteria, so entirely different ball game.

I hope that answers your question. Thank you.
