Can I instantly get relief from candida symptoms?

Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath, author of Candida Crusher. Here’s a question I get asked from time to time.

Is there an instant Candida relief solution or program, Eric? What can I do to cure my Candida right now?

Well, let me give you a couple of pointers in this regard. If you’ve had a chronic yeast infection for many, many years, you’re not going to get rid of it instantly; I can tell you that right now. So let’s just dispel that myth right this minute. There’s no instant cure for a chronic yeast infection, regardless of whether it’s a vaginal infection, toenail fungus, jock itch, mouth, wherever you’ve got it. If you’ve had it for years and years and it’s chronic or recurrently chronic, you’re probably going to have it for some time and we’ll work on slowly getting rid of this thing permanently, but it will take time.

If you really believe in “instant” anything, you know, this is exactly what people would like you to believe. Absolutely; there are many of these crazy schemes on the internet right now. Whether it’s “Let’s get rich really quick”, “Let’s get rid of a disease really quick”, “Let’s get rid of your mortgage in one week”, “Let’s get you a new wife or new husband in one week”, whatever; any “instantly” is a lot of bologna. And if you fall for that, then all I can say to you is “a fool and his money are easily parted”. There’s no such thing as instant, quick relief cures for any chronic illness.

However, if you’ve got an acute yeast infection; if you have a vaginal infection not really previously or you maybe get it say once per year, and you’re looking for relief from a problem like this, then there is a solution. If you’ve got a tiny bit of toenail fungus, it’s not chronic by any means, but you want to get relief, then there is a solution. So you can get relief from acute conditions and you can get partial relief from a chronic condition, but you can’t get a cure. So let’s get rid of that whole idea immediately. Anyone who tells you you can get rid of something, you really want to pass those people by, okay?

Instant relief I talk a lot about in my book, Candida Crusher. In Chapter 4, I give you lots of different solutions; whether you’ve got a vaginal yeast infection or toenail fungus or jock itch or your child’s got diaper rash or you have a child with a digestive problem related to yeast, there’s generally some type of relief we can give you in the short term. But generally the problem will be recurring soon as you stop that acute kind of treatment.

So I would like to put it to you, it’s best that you work on this problem over a period of time anywhere from three to six months and maybe longer and work maybe on some acute relief. But then also realizing in the back of your mind that it’s not going to be cured or permanently resolved until you address the causative factors. And those are the important things I talk a lot about in my book.

So what kind of instant relief things can we recommend if we’re just looking at short-term treatment? Well, again, for vaginal infections there are all sorts of different types of approaches you can use. There are at least seven different approaches I outline in the fifth chapter of my book. On chronic yeast infections, I offer you a lot of acute solutions in there. And in Chapter 4, which I call the Quick Start Guide, I give you lots of quick solutions and things that you can do.

So now you’re thinking, well, come on tell me these things. I want to know. I don’t want to buy this book; I want to know them. Well, I spent three years researching and writing this book, and I can’t just tell you all these things instantly because the book is 700 pages; there’s a huge amount of information. But there are certain things you can do to help you in the short term.

Douching is one thing you can do for vaginal infections. You can try different types of treatments. There is a three-stage approach I use for chronic and usually a two-stage approach I use for acute. You can find some of those solutions on yeastinfection.org. If you have a bit of a search around that site, you’ll find them. Tea Tree Oil water soluble; tea tree oil is one of my favorite products to use on the feet. There are many different types of cleansing approaches you can use short term. Garlic is used. Colloidal silver can be used by some people. There are various different types of suppository approaches that can be used for females. And for males, again different types of approaches for jock itch.

So have a good look at yeastinfection.org, and I’ll certainly offer you some acute solutions there. So I hope that answers your question. Thank you.

How can I reverse the sideeffects of candida in my body?

Good day, Eric Bakker, naturopath.

Eric, how can I reverse the effects of Candida from my body? How can I stop this thing from taking off? How can I reverse it?

Well, it’s pretty simple. It’s easy to reverse something like that when you think about it. It’s really common sense. The logical approach is to stop doing what you’re doing that contributed to Candida in the first place. So if you’ve got a sore head because you keep banging it against the wall, you can either move the wall away or you can stop banging your head against the wall. It’s pretty simple, I mean, you don’t need to be a rocket scientist or Einstein to figure that one out. Do you?

So, I’ll put it to you this way; why did you even get Candida in the first place? What caused your condition? Think just for one moment how long you’ve had that complaint for? What has worked? What hasn’t worked? What steps have you taken to stop this thing from really taking off in the body?

Reversing something is putting a halt to the causative factors. Simple, okay? Everybody out there watching this video will have a causative factor for their yeast infection. And in some cases, it will be antibiotics; in other cases, it will be a high stress lifestyle or it will be too much sweets or candy. For other people, it’ll be 10 cups of coffee with two sugars in it a day. For somebody else it’ll be two or three cans of energy drink a day. There will be causative factors for everybody. But in some cases, it’s a multi-factor cause that’s causing this problem. Or as I wrote in my book, sometimes people have had yeast for so long, they’ve forgotten what the causes are.

So the way for you to reverse this condition is to stop right now and to think what you’re doing to yourself. Most people who will be looking at this video will probably have already made some changes, but if you’re not getting the results you’re looking for, you’ll need to make a lot more changes and further changes if you want to seriously stop this thing and reverse the condition. I’m telling you now; it is possible to beat this thing. You just have to be passionate about it and be prepared and willing to make these changes and keep them long term enough to get the results that you’re looking for.

Hope that answers your question.

Can yeast infection cause irritability?

Good day there, Eric Bakker, naturopath, author of Candida Crusher with another frequently asked question.

Do yeast infection cause extreme irritability?

I don’t know about extreme irritability, but I do know that they can make people quite anxious and worked up about things. But a concept I’d like to explain to you are some of the toxins that are produced by Candida. We call them toxic metabolites. I’ll talk more about different types in different videos.

But one type is called manon, and not many people have heard of manno. But a 1991 study in a clinical journal showed that manno is, in fact, a glycol protein or a small protein which forms in cell walls of Candida. And when yeast are killed by antibiotics, in particular, or killed in mass, the yeast cells bust up. And these glycol proteins can basically accumulate in the digestive system in mass amounts and slowly drip free into the circulatory system. And this can explain why people can get rid of the yeast infection, but for a long time after feel quite lousy and worked up about things. These little protein molecules can float through the blood and trigger immune responses. And it’s also been reported they can travel up into the brain, through the blood-brain barrier in to many different spaces of body, which we didn’t previously think that they could. But there is certainly plenty of research now to validate this.

There’s still quite a lot we don’t know about these toxic metabolites, but manno is quite an insidious one. And some people can have brain fart and feel spaced out from these tiny little proteins. Other people can have sore joints. There are many other manifestations, signs and symptoms produced by these toxic metabolites.

This is one reason I believe why there can be irritability after a yeast infection has been supposedly cleared up. Some people suffer a lot from these particular toxins and other people not at all. Irritability can also come about from not being diagnosed or having a prolonged yeast infection and basically you’re brushed off by your doctor as being a hypochondriac. I’ve heard this in many cases, too. Wouldn’t that make you irritable? It sure would make me irritable if nobody believed me.

There are many reasons why irritability can be there with a yeast infection. And I’ll speak a lot further on other videos about these particular types of toxins and the protein derivatives which come about from yeast dying off.

So I hope that answers your question to some degree. Thank you.
