Good juices I can drink if I have yeast infection

Thanks for checking out my video. Today I’m going to talk about juicing, juicing and thrush, juicing and yeast infection. What are the best juices? Tell me a bit about juicing. What do you know about juicing?

Let me explain. Juicing is quite a clever idea for people with a yeast infection. There are different kinds of juices you can take that will benefit you from different angles. I usually talk about juicing in three separate categories. Beginner, intermediate and advanced juicing. Like exercise you’re not just going to jump into doing a marathon right away. You’re going to build up until you get more fit. Your gut has to really become like “fit” before you can have the more advanced juices. Advanced juicing entails bitterer juicing, stronger product, and that can create a lot of digestive upsets for people, particular with indigestion that we see a lot of in Candida.

Juicing has a lot of benefits. There are a lot of advantages toward juicing. And I also like people to juice and retain the fiber and not just squeeze the vegetable or fruit and get the juice out and throw the pulp away. I think that’s a silly idea. You may as well go down to the shop and go and buy a can of tomato or orange juice and drink that.

The fiber is clever because it helps to slow down the release of sugar in the bloodstream. It also creates more dietary fiber, which is going to aid the bowel. It’s going to reduce the chances of constipation and also give the beneficial bacteria a good substrate to build on. It reduces flatulence and bloating. It also regulates the appetite more efficiently as well as how it’s going to help you control what you eat if you have more fiber in your diet. It even pulls cholesterol out of the body. So they’re many advantages of having healthy levels of fiber in your juices when you consume juices. A Vitamix is one of the best machines, I believe, to create it. It’s one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I have a fresh juice every day made with a Vitamix.

I’m going to read some information out of my Candida Crusher book. Category 1 juices. These are juices to have if you’re not that experienced, if you want to start juicing. You might have one of those NutriBullets you see on TV or just some kind of juicing machine, and you might just play around with juices. Celery, carrot, fennel, if you like the anise seed flavor, cucumber, green apple, and tomatoes, these are all good starting products for you to make juices with. You don’t have to blend all these together. You can try one on its own or combinations of these. There are multiple combinations.

Category 2. It won’t be long before you want to experiment with different kinds of foods to put in your juicer, so this is Category 2. Now you’ve done a bit of juicing with Category 1. We can move into Category 2. Lettuce, red, green or romaine, bitter endive, spinach, salad greens, bok Choy or Chinese vegetables, pepper, beets, coriander and kiwi. We call that kiwi fruit in New Zealand. Now you’re adding some other products in there. These are all quite suitable for Candida patients or people with thrush. They’re fine to have.

When you get experience with Category 2, then we’re going to move into the stronger stuff. This is going to be more beneficial, particularly for liver and gall bladder function. Broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, collards, leeks, garlic, onions, shallots, radishes. You can also add a bit of kale in there. These are quite bitter. They’re not for the faint hearted. These really will improve your liver and gall bladder function to a degree and are very, very good for constipation.

Try these three different categories of juices out and let me know with some comments on this video what you think of those juices. You can mix and match and combine as long as you stick with those recommendations I made because they tend to be, in my experience, the best things to juice. Those would be some of the better things that you can juice with a yeast infection.

Thanks for tuning in.

Diflucan didn’t help get rid of my yeast infection now what?

Thank you for checking out this video today. Today I’m going to talk about Diflucan or fluconazole. Eric, I’ve taken Diflucan. It’s not working. What can I do? Please help me.

I’ve heard this a hundred times, if not a thousand times with patients, particularly from females with recurring vaginal thrush. They get put on this drug routinely by their doctor. Some of my patients have taken this drug weekly or monthly for sometimes 10 years plus on end with no result. Many patients end up becoming resistant to Diflucan, so the Candida actually keeps on multiplying and growing and becoming rampant even though they take Diflucan.

You’ve got to stop these drugs. Drugs are for mugs, as my saying goes. It’s not good to keep taking pharmaceutical drugs to cure disease. All you’re doing is creating a secondary illness. Diflucan has many different side effects including liver toxicity, bowel toxicity, slowly poisons the endocrine system of the body, it’s not a good thing to take. You’re going to get sick and you’re going to make the drug companies wealthy as a result. Too many people take these drugs. To me, it’s crazy for someone to take a drug over and over and over again, if you’re not going to get the desired outcome.

If you go to a doctor with vaginal thrush and you get put on Diflucan and it doesn’t work and you keep going back and you get put on Diflucan, do you think that makes sense? If you got a plumber out to your house because the tap was leaking and the plumber fixed it, but then next week it’s leaking again, would you keep paying the plumber to come back every week to fix the tap? You’d fire the damn plumber. You’d get rid of this guy or woman or whoever it is. You’d get rid of him and you’d ring another company up.

You need to do the same for vaginal thrush. You need to fire your doctor. If you keep taking a drug and it’s not working, it’s time to get rid of the doctor and to get a new doctor. I believe that’s the right thing to do. Don’t keep taking a drug if it’s not working because you’re the mug. The doctor’s a mug for giving you the drug, and you’re the mug for taking the drug. So stop taking things that are ineffective. You’re just creating toxicity for yourself, which just doesn’t make sense.

There are many solutions toward getting rid of a vaginal infection or another kind of yeast infection because I’ve got men also with jock itch who get prescribed Diflucan. I’ve seen people with many different types of yeast infections prescribed Diflucan, but particularly vaginal thrush is what it’s used for. It can disrupt the menstrual cycle immensely for some of you. Create a lot of cramping and pain and bleeding and all sorts of problems. Headaches, nausea, the list goes on and on. I could read you a whole list of side effects, so stop taking Diflucan. It’s a waste of time.

Start looking toward natural treatment for vaginal thrush. Chapter 5 in Candida Crusher has all the answers for you. This is an area I’ve worked in for 20 years plus with thousands of women. You can nail this thing. You just need to follow the right steps, the right principles to treating it. There’s a pre- and post-treatment. You can read about that on yeastinfection.org. You can also take my quiz to see how severe your infection is to determine whether it’s worth really exploring natural treatment. Which it probably will be because it’s side effect free and you’re almost guaranteed an outcome.

I’m pretty confident in saying that because this is one area I’ve worked in a long, long time, you do not need drugs to get rid of your yeast infection, but you must comply with the diet and the lifestyle change. Taking an antifungal is going to help a lot, too. And for that reason, I created a product called Canxida. You can get that on Canxida.com. It’s one of the best antifungals you’re going to get on the market. I’ve helped thousands of people with that antifungal for vaginal thrush with very, very good results now in over 50 countries. So if you’re interested, check out Canxida.com.

Diflucan, I believe I’ve also written some articles on fluconazole on yeastinfection.org. My book contains a whole section in it about the medical treatment of yeast infection and how futile it is to use the “zole” type drugs like fluconazole. They just don’t really work long term for people. They create side effects. They’ve got resistance. It’s just, in my opinion, not the way to go. But it’s your call.

So I hope that answers your question. Thanks for tuning in.
