I keep getting recurring male yeast infections what can I do?

Thanks for checking out this video guys. My male yeast infection keeps coming back. It’s driving me crazy. How can I get rid of it? Why doesn’t it go away? I’ve done all the right things. I went to the doctor. Took all the pills. Took creams. I listened to your advice. It’s not going away. I’m really pissed about this. What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I get well?

Well, the reason why it’s not going away is because you’re not making the right kind of changes or you’re not making the changes long enough to get the body well. It’s as simple as that. Okay, there’s something you’re not doing right, so maybe you’re living in a false sense. Maybe you’re doing things that you think are right, but perhaps they’re not right. Maybe you’re still having a couple of beers on a Saturday, but you’re not drinking during the week, and you’re thinking that cutting back is going to get rid of the Candida. Maybe you’re trying to do a healthy diet, but it’s not really that healthy. You’re still having some bad snacks here or there. You’re still sneaking the wrong kind of food here or there. You’re committed, but you’re not fully committed. That’s the difference.

It’s like anything in life. Going the extra mile or prepared to do a little bit more than you should will usually give you the kind of results you’re looking for. I’m like that with YouTube. I keep on keep on keep on keep on, so I’m not a person who ever gives up on anything in life. And that’s probably why I got rid of my severe jock itch in 12 months. If you get rid of like really serious yeast infections, you can do it. No matter how bad it is, but you need to have the persistence, the commitment and the dedication.

I’ve got a saying which I like and it’s “Persistence breaks resistance.” So if you persist with something long enough, there’s no way in the world that you’re going to fail. You’re going to break that persistence. You’re going to get rid of that Candida. It’s going to go away. And the good thing also is not only is it going to go away, but you’ve learned, you’ve learned that you can actually get on top of this. That’s going to make you quite a strong person. And then you’ll understand when it comes back next time, you can beat it, and you can probably beat it a lot quicker because you can be even tougher on yourself.

The only way you’re going to get rid of this thing is by doing it yourself. No doctor’s going to do it. Your mother-in-law won’t do it. Your wife won’t do it. Your girlfriend won’t do it or your boyfriend won’t do it or whatever friend you’ve got or person. Don’t look at other people. You’ve got to look at yourself and look at what you’re doing wrong. Look at the kind of ruts you’re stuck in. Maybe you’ve got a dead end job. Maybe you’ve got a dead end partner. Maybe you’re just not happy with life. Maybe you need to make some serious changes. There are a lot of reasons why you’re not getting rid of this problem, but the answer lies with you. It doesn’t lie with anybody else.

Taking things like antifungals are going to help. Making the diet change is going to help, but making the combination of the lifestyle change and attitude change, all those things together, is going to give you the solution. And remember commitment. You’ve got to stay on track. You’ve got to really be hardline about this if you want to get rid of this, especially if it’s a bad problem and you’re sick and tired of it ruining your life, your intimate life, or however else it’s affecting you. If you want something bad enough in life, you can always get what you want by applying the right kind of principles and staying on track long enough, you’ll get there. I’ve got no doubt about it.

So just remember that one thing that I said, the persistence and determination. Staying on track. Following my advice in Candida Crusher. Go to yeastinfection.org. There’s plenty of articles for guys you can read there on how to get on top of all kinds of male yeast infections. Doing my quiz. If you go to CandidaCrusher.com, I’ve got the world’s best quiz for yeast infection. For male, click on the little male image there and just go through those pages and find out whether you’re mild, moderate or severe, and then follow my advice.

I’ve worked with thousands of guys like you for a long, long period of time. I got many patients in Canada, America, Germany, the UK, and Australia. I’ve treated jock itch for probably as long as I can remember, and I haven’t met many guys yet that can’t get on top of this problem.

Just take it from me, you can get rid of this thing permanently if you follow the right principles and you stay on track long enough. You don’t have to live like I used to live in my ‘20s. It was hell on earth. I can remember what it was like having this jock itch. It was terrible. You can get major depression and anxiety. It can screw up your intimate relationships, and you can even get suicidal with this condition; there’s no doubt about it. But the balls is in your court. It’s all up to you, so don’t forget that. And I’m there with you all the way. I’m going to help you guys out and that’s why I make these YouTube clips.

So check out my other YouTube clips and do my quiz and we’ll keep in touch.

All the best.

Do I need to rotate my antifungal medication on candida treatment?

I’ve got a question here from a patient in California. Eric, I’ve been told I need to rotate my antifungal medication. Why do I need to do this and is this correct?

That’s a good question. This is a question I get asked from time to time, not just from the public or from patients, but also from many practitioners that I associate with. I lecture at colleges and I associate with a lot of practitioners at different medical conferences and seminars, and lots of people now see me as an expert in yeast infection. They actually ask for my opinion. Erik, do I need to rotate antifungals? How do I do it?

Well, it depends on what kind of antifungal you take. If you’re taking one that’s limited in ingredients or has a very poor formula, and many formulas out there are very poor or weak, therapeutically inactive, that don’t contain, in my opinion, the correct balance of antimicrobial/antifungal ingredients. They don’t contain standardized extracts. They’re very basic. They can often contain cheap and ineffective raw materials. Then, yes, you do need to rotate these products. You probably need to rotate them really on a weekly basis. But if you’re going to get a formula which has got standardized ingredients in it, which is balanced and sustained release and it’s got all the best antifungal/antimicrobials in it, you don’t need to do this, and that’s why I designed Canxida.

I designed Canxida because I wanted patients just to take one antifungal and not have to flip from one to another. So if you read about this rotation, it’s actually a lot of crap. You don’t need to rotate. You know. That’s like saying to you, “Do you need to rotate your diet all the time? Do you need to eat this one week and that one week?” If you’re eating a healthy, balanced diet, you don’t need to rotate anything. You just eat your diet. If you’re eating plenty of lean proteins, you’re eating the right kind of fats, you’re eating lots of vegetables and fruits, and you’ve got a balanced diet, there’s no rotation required. You’re giving your body all the ingredients it wants. You’re eating a diet that’s pH balanced that’s going to inhibit microbes because you’re not putting a lot of sugar in your body.

And it’s the same with a supplement. If the supplement is balanced and contains everything you need there to do the job, it does not need to be rotated.

So to answer the question, do I need to rotate? Yes, you do, if it’s a poor or ineffective supplement, and no, you don’t, if it’s a very good and balanced formula like Canxida Remove, you don’t need to do that. So if you ever see that on websites that you need to rotate antifungals, it’s probably a website that’s promoting a cheap and some very basic antifungal, and in that case, you will need to do it.

So I hope that answers your question. Thank you.

Worrying about candida symptoms and health

Hi there, Eric Bakker, author of Candida Crusher. Thanks for tuning into my video today.

Today I’d like to talk to you about health and worry, about people who continually worry about their health.

When you’ve been in a clinic a long time and seen many patients like I have, you end up seeing lots of people who worry excessively about their health. It’s not uncommon for somebody with a chronic yeast infection to come in and be very concerned about their health.

So a question I’ve got for you today. Have you had your spray-free, organic or biodynamic, no caffeine, no gluten, high protein breakfast today? Have you exercised for one hour today? Cut back on saturated fat? Taking all the dietary supplements? Tried to live a perfect lifestyle, yet don’t feel too good? Have you noticed how many e-zines there are and web columns and television programs, which I call the health police? And these are people there that basically want you to have the most amazingly healthy lifestyle. They really zoom in and focus on your health to quite a high degree. And many people can actually develop an anxiety disorder or continual worry from their health. They worry about everything they eat. They worry about electromagnetic pollution. They worry about everything. In fact, this worry ends up becoming a disease in its own right. I’ve seen it constantly with many patients, particularly the chronically unwell people.

When I was growing up, we had a family member who my mother used to call a hypochondriac. I didn’t know what that word meant until much later. But this particular uncle would always be going to the doctor. Every week he’d be at the doctor with another concern, whether he had a little sensation in his tummy or a spot on his skin or an itch on his scalp. He would always frequent the doctor. And he described his ills to everybody that was within earshot willing to listen.

Are you like that? Are you one of those people who is always complaining to people about how he or she feels, always going to the doctor every time a little sensation occurs? When you think about it, if you continually focus on all your ills, your whole life becomes a misery. It’s not the way I really would like you to live your life at all. So try to be careful of the health police because they can take a lot of fun out of your life.

So I believe in quality of life, and when the quality doesn’t exist to be there anymore, perhaps there’s no point in having any life. So why would you want to live a vegetable at 95 years of age? It’s something that you want to have a good think about. So the quality is what we’re concerned about. And the best way to have a quality of life is to live a life of moderation. Eating good foods, doing nothing to excess. And it’s all about balance in life, and that can make a big difference toward your recovery as well.

One of my favorite sayings by a very clever man many years ago was that common people ascribe their ills to everybody around them. People of less wisdom, people who aren’t very wise, they ascribe ills to themselves. The people of much wisdom ascribe their ills to nobody. They don’t talk about their ills. They get on with their life. They get checkups if they’re concerned, but they don’t become excessively worried about their health.

So I just want you to remember that excessive worry and concern about your health – about being anal about every small detail of your health – can create illness and stress, which can very much undermine your health. In fact, some of the patients I’ve seen with the most perfect diets seem to be always in poor condition and quite ill. And that’s something to think about.

I hope that’s a bit of food for thought for you today. So stop worrying about your health and get on with your life and let’s just see what happens.

Thanks for your interest in tuning in today.
